LJ Operational Med Consulting, LLC is an SBA-certified ServiceDisabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in professional consulting services. With over 400 years of combined experience across tactical, operational, and strategic levels in both Conventional and Special Operations military and civilian medicine, we bring unparalleled expertise in military and civilian medicine. Our services include operational analysis, requirements determination, training development, and material/equipment capability development. We also excel in medical simulations development, talent acquisition for industry partners, and integrating partner organizations with Department of Defense entities. Our goal is to enhance medical training, equipment, and simulations by delivering innovative solutions that improve capabilities, capacities, and efficiency.

Requirement Analysis and Determination
Determination of requirements/shortfalls through analysis of strategy, concept, and doctrine and the documentation of requirements.
Capability Development
Development of required capability development documents and continued support through the Research and Development process. Development of medical training programs and integration with partner organizations to facilitate the training.
Integration and Talent Acquisition
Facilitate integration between required organizations to develop training, equipment, and simulations to support operational medicine requirements. Provide talent acquisition support focusing on operational medicine experience.

FPE Enhanced Trauma Responder Course
The Fundamentals of Prehospital Emergencies Enhanced Trauma Responder course provides the critical awareness and training of the medical and basic non-medical knowledge, skills, and actions required by type during an incident response. The training provides the students with the knowledge, skills, critical thinking ability, problem solving, and confidence to perform successfully within a myriad of prehospital emergency situations.
FPE Planner/Operations Course
The Fundamentals of Prehospital Emergencies Planner/Operations course provides the critical awareness and training of the medical and basic non-medical planning/operations knowledge, skills, and actions required by type prior to, during, and after an incident response. The training provides the knowledge and awareness of the planning, manning, equipping, training, and sustaining requirements for a comprehensive response plan for an incident with medical implications/requirements and a sustained comprehensive response capability.
